Good evening everyone,
Today i bought membership because it's been about 2 years since i last played and i've started getting back into the game.
I decided to log in this morning to see if my name change worked and as i tried to log in i get met with a message telling me i have been auto banned. I don't know if this is an issue or if i have done something wrong without knowing or even if the security of my account isn't as strong as i believed it to be.
It would be great if someone could get back to me on this as i was enjoying playing with some great players and joined Bag's second guild.
Thanks for any help that may be given in the future.

oh damn......i hope someone will soon help you in the situation im pretty sure you wasnt hacking ^^
To get a autoban you would have had completed a map under a certain time 10 times to get 10 flags.
So u were either using hac or leeching with a hacer clearing a map in 10-15 seconds
when you try to login, it should tell you why you were banned. please show us the message
Hey guys thanks for the replies, I haven't been online to do any of those things. I was on yesterday and logged off shortly after Mod Baggie. Apart from then i haven't been online to do any of those things. I'm assuming by that someone else must have access to my account. Plus here is the message i receive.
unfortunately that message means you hacked or hack leeched for 10 games. its not something that gets overturned very often, because as far as we know the flag detection system doesn't flag people by mistake. you're probably out of luck. sorry. you can still play on another account. if you think someone else used your account please try to insure the safety of your other accounts by making sure to change the password and never tell it to anyone.
Thank you for the help I really appreciate it and this really sucks as i genuinely didn't do anything. Just as i bought membership aswell. I doubt I'll be continuing on another account as i came back after 2 years and I've put a lot of time recently into playing again and well now this has happened. I know the membership isn't expensive but still it's money none the less and I'm quite upset by the fact this has happened. Thanks again for the help. :)
you seem nice and also you spent money so there is a decent chance admin santa will unban you
if not, i'll just buy you a membership if that will stop you from quitting
I was planning on spending more as my birthday is on the 9th April so i wanted to get some nice stuff with ZCs. And you don't have to do that. But thanks.
Tbf, they can i.p check the account. If it has been logged on somewhere else, they may unlock it for you. If it only has your i.p registered then tough luck, you're banned.
hes got $$$$$
i'd expect him to unbanned by santa
Mates, you are forgetting that there is a bug / glitch that currently exists which will give you flags regardless of not you are actually hacking.
This guy might be telling the truth and even though I'm not staff anymore, you guys should prove him guilty before he's permanently banned. In the mean time you should just float the guy some slack and unban him because if he knows hes gonna be banned why would he continue to play for nothing?

and we have no way to know if they are false flags or not
im not sure who can even check logs anymore
Glitching is also ban-able j/s.

Glitching is also ban-able j/s.
no one ever said he was glitching
its a bug, according to RK
Think the rule "3. No glitching." should be refined/clarified. As the definition for a glitch is "A sudden, usually temporary malfunction or irregularity of equipment". This could happen intentionally or unintentionally, this factor should determine the guilt or innocence of a situation. The rule "4. No abusing bugs." is much better suited as the word abusing is used to say that you're only breaking the rules if you intentionally do it.
As it stands right now anyone that experiences a glitch should be banned, regardless if they wanted the glitch to occur or not. Something as simple as "3. No abusing glitches." would be a better alternative.
I know it doesn't really seem like it matters but many of the rules that are in place don't outline what is expected of players causing them to be unsure if they are breaking a rule.
The only problem with this case is that we don't know if he was hacking or not because we don't have logs. I'll unban him on the basis that we can't prove the glitch didn't happen. If we had access to logs we could investigate further.
