I disagree with the above statement Iv'e made some suggestions that Meteor likes, so i believe things will be changed very soon for survival.

why no stuff like ammo / trans / and stuff like that drop?
also about the hp thing why not drop hp stuff like in pvp doesnt heal you completely but a part of your hp is restored
