It's happened to me a few times on my phone and once on my comp. Just refresh the page or close the browser and reopen the page and it should fix it.

Having an android probably might fix it but it's not a guaranteed fix as its probably less to do with the OS of the phone and more to do with connectivity/strength of internet.

idk if itll do anything for you, but i had a similar problem in the past and it helped for me to make an icon on my phone homescreen (direct link to the website)
