Okay, based on that one instance, it isn't justified for Max to have straight out given you a warning. 
However, if you were given several verbal warnings prior to that physical warn then sure, you deserve the warn. 

If Max justifies himself with his proof beforehand then you'll just look like an another player who's trying to make Max look bad (although I have seen these topics before...).  On the other hand, if Max can't prove himself then yeah it's a valid thread to make cause it shows that Max is irresponsibly warning others.

yes a wed based online trade would be good to prevent scamming and stuff
and also we could trade/sell/buy whenever we want if someone can't access the game due to errors/bugs

also we can have more than 3 trade slot unlike ingame
