I'll give you an example.
The map lvl 17 is the elite map lvl 11.
And there are elite parts.
Check the droplist for level 17 on page 3 and you will find elite items.

Sometimes while im playen sector, ive been in need for a Health pack or a Trans Up but there hasent been one, so i just thought there should be a higher drop rate or more for the Health Packs Trans ups etc?

1. i cant go on the site unless i go to market on BOUTCHEETAH 2. i havent gotten any box for agers im a member and i have 700 luck but i still havent gotten a box or gold chest for the event WTF is wrong
