Sorry this set is most likely going to be one of those Elite that Allie requested, so I will only give the download link to her. 

1)  Just give him the mod, because if it is released, he could just change the files.  He'll get it anyway >_>.
2)  That looks a little dull for an elite armor >_>.  Don't do Kilohawk, there are already two types of it.
