Admins did also boost some of their friends before to the max level, however they are a lot more strict now when it comes to admin favours.

I changed it because he was a GM. Some high-ranking staff are allowed to change such things as forum names, but normal members cannot (for pretty obvious reasons, hopefully).

I have the ability to change my forum name. Does all GM's have the same option or just HGM? Of course I wouldn't change it without your permission.
