I would like to know if a TC can change E parts into their counterparts, meaning if you have a lvl 1 patch E part and use a tc with it equipt will it turn in to a surge part if that is the bot you choose?

*sigh* I know it's not your guys'is fault, it is more so a warning about paypal screwing up, and an admission of my own lack of understanding as to why this has happened. (and this would not be the first time Paypal has screwed with me)

(P.S. Didn't know were to actually post this, so I decided that the rant forum would be best)

  I don't know how it happened, or why for that matter, but my paypal account got double charged for a 3 month member....needless to say I'm not going to renew my membership unless I am sure this problem is fixed.....but watch out because this also happened to a friend of mine not long ago!

ok its been over 24 hours and still no Zy coins added...

  ok I paid for $30 in Zy.coins about 10-20 minutes ago and have not received them, and then bought $10 worth and they appeared instantly. I have checked my bank account and my paypal account and both show that both the ten and thirty dollar transactions have gone through, but I have only received the coins for the ten dollar transaction.
