Runescape accounts is hacked/keylogged all the time. I've been keylogged +5 times, it's very hard to avoid when you've played RS since you where eight.

I grinded for awhile on it and when i got like 60 str i thought to myself "that was boring as ****m why the **** did i do that in the first place.."
