Hey peeps,
I'm going to be stepping down from the head GM position at BoutCheetah to head the World of Warcraft Enigmata servers. I'll remain as a regular GM and will still be active here on the BoutCheetah Forums and in-game; however, not at the level that I've been in the past. I wish the best to whomever is selected to replace myself and fill the soon-to-be empty shoes of this position. Realize that at the head GM position, simply monitoring the forums and in-game isn't enough. This individual must work diligently with the staff heads (Allie and Kenny) regarding game content implementation and forum design. In other words, applicable and useful additional qualities, such as a history in GFX design, etc., will be taken into consideration. Maybe I'll see a few of you over at Enigmata! Toodles!

Updates / Regarding the release of +6/+7 parts

Hello BoutCheetah community,
The administrators have decided to release both +6 and +7 body, arm and head parts for surge, ram and patch. The release will commence at some point later tonight. The reason for this release, as mentioned in alternate threads, is to repair a somewhat overflowing market with regard to giga amounts. These parts cannot be acquired via drops. Only through the combination of +5 parts can one obtain a +6 part and subsequently, to obtain +7 parts, the combination of three +6 parts must occur. In relation to repairing the market, each combination coupon will now cost 6.5 million gigas to purchase -- this will force an influx of gigas from player to system, reducing outstanding giga amounts throughout the community. In addition to the primary purpose of the release of these parts (market repair), the newly added items also give current high level players additional incentive to play the game -- the acquisition of these new items will be anything but easy.
+1/+2/+3/+4/+5 parts will now have standard effects (no dark shadow or blue flashing effects). Moreover, +6 will now represent the dark shadow effect and +7 will display the blue flashing (blinking) effect formerly represented by +4 and +5 parts respectively. Because +1/+2/+3/+4/+5 parts are obtained via sector drops, it is only natural that no special effect additions are placed on these parts (none-rares). Given that +6/+7 are substantially harder to obtain, the effects aforesaid are allotted to these items, in large part, due to their rarity. We would have released new effects for each item, preserving the former effects of +4/+5 parts; however, keeping a long story short, the coding elements within the database didn't allow for this. We hope the BoutCheetah community enjoys this substantive update!

We are creating a new subdivision of staff, called the Media Team. This team will be in charge of updating content on Facebook, Twitter, Google +, YouTube and Deviant Art.
What I need from this community are individuals who are familiar with each platform. Make a general statement regarding your familiarity and experience with the platform of your choice. Overall, we will require 5 community members, one for each platform. Currently, LightRequiem is heading Twitter. All other positions are open at the moment. The reason I have made the application general (lacking format), is to better overview your capabilities (in other words, I need independent thinkers who can create an application without pre-set requirements [I'm not going to baby you]).
In the future, we may assign 2 individuals per platform (teams of two for updating content). Send those applications in ladies and gents!

Ok guys, within a few days, we should have our new homepage up for Zylon Gaming. What I need is a massive amount of screenshots posted here from BoutCheetah, Expodite and Wow Enigmata. General screenshots from these games can be posted as well from external sources other than Zylon Gaming. Include both in-game screenshots and artwork if you can! I appreciate your help for our growing community! Post away!
