i read every pm the instant i get it.
i reply to almost none of them, unless I deem it worth replying to.
often, I read a reply that seems important (such as droid's PM) and take note of what it says, but do not reply.
you can be assured if you send me a PM, I read it same day usually, often minutes after its sent.

You're not supposed to but it works pretty often. It's the same thing with parents when you're really young.
If you want something and dad says no, you ask mom. If both parents (in this case admins) aren't working together with the same mentality then it doesn't matter what one of them says, as you can go to the other one.
