It sometimes helps to apply image -> gaussian blur -> lower opacity to add more depth to the sig.

Most of the community in-game is Korean. And when they are breaking the rules, it is difficult for mods to talk to them. So there should be a copy and paste system for mods so that they can google translate what the Koreans are saying and they can translate their response.

I believe yes because there have been many cases in which people actually gone through drastic measures as to inflicting damage to themselves or suicide due to people bullying them over the internet.

Uhm, I believe there should be an exceptions list stickied.

For example if someone wants to report "random person" then they should check if  "random person" is in the exceptions list.
