Briefly:
+ Max non-member level increased to 225, 270 for members
+ Bot-Stract worthless
+ Raid released, can be described as Sector mode for teams. RT1, RT2, RT3 boss drops revival canister, two RT1/2/3 part boxes.
+ 258 Delivers 41.4K+ XP per ~minute, laughably easy, max non-member level obtainable in 1 day
+ Elektra parts, dropping on maps 200 and higher, sell for ~100K each.
+ Several items re-released
+ Low server XP increased, double XP Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
+ New 8-piece "LGN" sets (include flags, wings) have RT2-like stats, tradeable, released in recent green chest event, 225+, come in three colors (customizable via "Exchange Coupon") per bot type:
- Centurion (Black, green)
- Legionnaire (Black, red, yellow)
- Templar (White, cyan)
+ New "permanent" event, collect 7 green chests a day any four days from Monday to Sunday for a chance to receive a special Crusader, Warden, or Paragon part (RT2-like primary stats, secondary stats customizable via EC), or something else, like a TC via gift.
+ New "266" sets: DDR, ROM Seeker, Byte Stryker drops on maps 258, 266; RT2-like stats in primary, work with + system, possible to surpass RT3 in secondary stats via + (but highly costly), equippable at around level 266.
+ Staff promotions, demotions
Nothing else is worth mentioning.

And some really old timers also know me as DeathZtar I believe. Before the I<3Dii joke was a thing :^).
Could also be DeathZymbol. Now I think about it.
Oh.. the usernames I took when I was younger :^).
It's DarkEmblem or DarkInsignia right now mostly.
But yeah hawk. We played quite a lot together in the past.
