You get 5 days for free to buy membership again without losing any of the member benefits.
After the 5 days expired you will return to lvl 150 until you buy membership again.

If you purchased membership through pay-pal I'm pretty sure it will auto-recharge.

It will only re-charge if you buy over paypal (pretty sure).

That is true, but if that message appears is there a chance that it was payed with pay pal ?
My cousin bought me and energy memberships and we forgot to ask him how did he pay and he did not come online ever since, so if that message appears does it mean that it will not re-charge ?
