Doubt they will launch an event just because of this day. It does only apply in a few countries, it's not big enough globally.

Giving rare items to everyone is making the rares not rare anymore.

Title for everyone would make it unprofessional and just plan stupid.

Exp boost? Get Tier 3 and become a member or just wait for the double exp and triple exp.

I was thinking that for St. Patrick's day they could just give everyone an extra 100-200 luck since its based around Leprechauns and they are lucky and stuff. Would celebrate it without needing to big of changes and a whole event.
