but general fitness is basically free :P like running and making workouts at home. It's what my friends do and they look as strong as I do even though I have gym access

I know but i like to do it in gym, i feel more comfortable in gym than at street workouts also here in 'Zandhoven' its 250 euro's, its 100 beginners cost (oto) and 150 euro for 20times (valid for 6months) pretty expensive >_>

basically a 5v5 ball game where you score by sending the ball in the opponent's goal, which is almost as wide as the field's short side; you can hit the ball only by using your arms

It may have originally been called football but in North America, especially where I live it's soccer and that's not a wrong term. They are equivalent just as saying 1+1=2 Although football does make more sense neither one is wrong and there's not really any reason to attempt to correct someone on it.

Soccer just sounds so childish. Even if it is still a correct term.
The term Soccer predates the formation of FIFA and doesn't even originate from the US, in fact as far as I remember the game is so old the original name was not even foot ball, so there should be no debate or difference as to soccer vs football as they are both just modern day adoptions ^^

Any swimming is good, BBall every now and then, and wall climbing. No mountain ranges down here, but there are a few wall climbing things scattered around that make for good exercise.

i also used to practise a martial art since i was a kid
