You don't wanna say from where? Everyone knows you just buy it from an Admin. It's a common practice.

The rarest item is the "boluminated Joy buzz gun", its first appearance was since in the late 2009 on April fools day. NO one has been seen with this item and the only ones that obtain it are deactivated users.  Its attack power is leveled by your exp

Example:

Level 1=10 Damage
Level 2=20 Damage
Level 3=30 Damage

Dark Surge E/Liger Head is probably the rarest/most expensive item you can obtain w/o buying from admins. 

The rarest item is Omniscient, which is only available to staff.

The best (in terms of stats) is Zeon (Allie only).

Type their names into the search for their stats.

It's not in the marketplace, so I don't believe it exists, unless it was in BOUT and got removed in BOTS.
