Hello, can you please try to re-install the (new) client, and do not use the (old-old) one, or you will be having these issues all the time.

My advice is to run as admin, and if that dont work, download teamviewer(www.teamviewer.com (http://www.teamviewer.com)) and pm me the ID/Pass.
