The only thing you need is II active skill. Your enemy cannot have a II skill or this fails.

^Agreed, also  anyone you encounter in pvp that you never met is "unsuspecting"? Because you never met them and you don't know how good they are or what skill they have. I think all   II skills are cheap in pvp.

If your using II in Pvp your a noob with no skill.

When I am in a Pvp match and someone is using II I tell them to take it off or their kicked. Usually they listen.  :)
