No. If you already have full hp, leech has no effect. It only adds hp to your bot when you do not have any left.

Think of it as if you're taking a small percentage of HP for yourself every time you hit your opponent.
Like 10%(idk the exact percent) of the damage let's say 200, you then get 20 hp for yourself.

does it work if you gun someone or merc damage?

does it work if you gun someone or merc damage?
Nope. We could've done that however we feel you're not doing the damage, another force (ie the bullet itself) is.
good idea; DM would OP it and i cant imagine the effect in base with merc and full bullets every time you die :p
If you do 100 damage you will get 10 hp back in PvP and base and in sector you will get 1 hp back. My guess it is lowered in sector because you usually face alot of npc's and it would be too easy. So,10% in PvP and BvB and 1% in Sector.
Does this skill now make survival much easier?

Does this skill now make survival much easier?
Not really, the amount of HP you get back is pretty much useless when you get hit once every 2 seconds.
this + {ec} + laggy chains = unbeatable
Not Bad but I hope leech 2 is coming soon so that i can use it in survivors
