Ice gun

Shoot someone with it and their speed is reduced by 35% (doesn't need to be 35) and make it non-stackable

but nerf the damage of the gun by 50% or something?

cool idea but I think it would be better if we had a 3rd skill slot, and could pick from different 'gun skills'. ice gun could be one of them. along with others like triple bullet, charge up your shot for more damage, more reloading ammo etc.
