Why is it that the text is appearing way down there even though the blinking thing is up there?

This type of GFX I don't know about, but I'm guessing it's because that's where it's supposed to be, maybe you should move the username/pass part down so it can go with the lines, and please use a different text, not the forum one...

Nah they have the ability to do this, I just don't know what I'm ****ing up on. And I'm no good with logo's so I didn't try to makje something new. :\
