Rapid Impaler Head (No Benefits for '+'s?)

I noticed this the very moment I had a Rapid Impaler +4 Head...there are no benefits for it -.-.
I've also checked the other '+'s in-case if +4 is the only One that doesn't have benefits.
Is it just happening to Me or everyone has the same problem with Rapid Impaler '+'s with no benefits?
The Arms & Bodies Have '+'s, except the Head.
