Groudon, he is a ground type pokemon not a fire type or a ground/fire type pokemon, despite the fact he learns a lot of fire moves and his ability creates sunlight (which makes fire moves do more damage) and he lives in hot lava and is often depicted with fire.

however, the only thing about him that actually makes him ground is his name and type. everything else about him screams fire

Officially it's only ground but secretly he's fire as well.
ya and even tho kyogre is water it can learn stuff like thunder ;_;
