You've gotten way too many favors from Santa as it is. Not to publicly embarrass you but most people have figured out you bought your Tier 3 set. You should be grateful for how much Santa has done for you, rather than getting so upset. He isn't at the computer all the time and that's why he couldn't help you straight away.

they were hacked and have cashitems and GP.
the chshitems are bought to you zylon.
and one guildmember struggled for GP .NOW HACKED .
i think they must be recovered.
that is u zylon's not favor but duty to user and customer.
i have requested severaltimes
but several days passed.
i can't understand this point.
if someguy bought cashitem from you ,but hacked. and not recovered.
anyone who buy that?

But yea, your basically just causing a scene now.
How does a person get hacked anyway? Let me give you three ways that a player can get hacked:
1. The player gives a password out. Not even kidding, this IS the most common way.
2. The player downloads a trojan that logs their keys, or specifically tells you to input your details.
3. The player has a password that is extremely guessable.
The fourth way is actual hacking through exploits, but no one in the game is capable, and if they were they'd aim for accounts actually worth hacking.
In other words, we don't have to help you. It is not our duty to fix your mistakes, it is your duty to make sure you don't make them. If you **** up, that's on you. We can recover it out of kindness, but nowhere in our ToS do we make the claim that if you're hacked, we will fix everything for you. It is only our responsibility to ban the hacker so they do not hack any more accounts.
