I'm unsure if you're aware of this but when using the marketplace I was going to go look for elektra like a newb, and I clicked item plus : 4 and it continued to just show me every item it was even though the page reloaded.
When you search for elektra (alternatice search) it doesnt find it at all...
to find electra in market via alternative search u have to put the full thing not just elektra.For example elektramx or elektracrt

i tried to reinstall the game but still there any ideas how i might solve it

Spanky you havto have boutcheetah on (logged in) and you have to go to the marketplace here on the site
