are you serious? I stand on my legs all day and they are a bigger muscle group, they should be way more powerful than the chest. If your legs and chest can push roughly the same weight, there is something wrong with your routine (aka youre skipping leg day).

my gym partner does 2 plates on the bench and 4 in the squat which seems right to me because I want to look like him. No t-rex action going on because I can curl 40lbs correctly with one arm and 100 for oly curl and for 140lbs, I don't see anyone else at my gym doing that  8) 8)
