Intel graphics is the only cause to blurry text like this. Just change the intel graphics performance slider, in your intel graphics control panel, to quality rather than performance.

u probably consider a integrated gpu as a real gpu. if you rely on a integrated chip opposed to a dedicated one, you're just exhausting the cpu's life

It's a quite well known bug, it happens with all passive skill packs.

Guessing you have a Intel processor? Most likely your integrated graphics processor is causing the issue.

Go to Intel® graphics properties and set the quality setting to medium/normal.


If you have a GPU on your laptop/PC, then try set the quality setting from the GPU's control panel to something other than the previous setting.
