Did the event already start?
My cosins from the USA are here for 3 days and it is the first time i see them so i want to spend some time with them.
Unfortunatly there is a chance that ill miss the event, though i can maybe log in on sunday \:

Well, lvl 221 hit with rush hit any bot 130 with block so imo the damage should be higher then 150 if you want the skill to be effective.
Though, this skill is a little useless because there are much better passive skills like- breakfall and charge but if the other suggestion of 2 passive skills will be accepted this skill is ok (but people would still prefer charge + breakfall)

Acually, when you get knocked down by the counter you can only hit someone 3 hits until the counter start working again so he basicly cant go out of reach.
Also rush is not that effective because you can get 2 hits with rush before the counter start again and it is no enough.
