Sometimes when i wshiper somebody i dont see my text,and at lobby same.Help plz

When does this error occur ?

In the lobby, in a room, in game playing?

In lobby Mod Neokiller have same problem

It shouldn't be doing it to you now though, that bug was fixed I thought in the last patch.
