Title: Show the links of the rules after register

When any player registers a new account the in game and forum rules should be blended in for him, so that ppl know stuff like "hack-leeching isn't allowed" and don't say"I'm innocent" after getting banned.

I had no awareness that 'Hack-leeching' wasn't allowed, anyone who didn't know the rules would of done the SAME thing

Good idea except that anyone would just skip them, BUT they can't say "I didn't know it was against the rules!" anymore.
