Title: The Modding Doesnt Always Work !

So i learned how to edit items, but so far only a lvl 1 head for surge and lvl 16 body for surge too, why doesnt everything else work ? i open with xnview, edit, save and replace but doesnt work, why ?

Nvm i got it working, but can any1 tell me why i cant find any illu items or ram items ? all i find is surge, why ?
