Member In Room:
1. 2% exp bonus
2. 5% exp bonus 2% gigas bonus
3. 6% exp bonus 5% gigas bonus
4. 7% exp bonus 7% gigas bonus
5. 9.5% exp bonus 8% gigas bonus
6 ~ 7. 10% exp bonus 10% gigas bonus
8. 15% exp bonus 17% gigas bonus
( you can always change it if you like >-< )

From my opinion the exp rates are fine, it's a private server, however, it's not supposed to be too easy.
Although, if it were to change, you would never get a bonus for 1 person in the room, it would never be 1 because 1 is the standard rates.
i agree with mmiicc0 but if it was for guild points instead of exp it would be epic
