Title: How about some privacy settings in-game?

How about it so we can have whisper settings like:

-No one (No one can whisper you)
-Friends (Only friends)
-All (Everyone can whisper you)

I've been told by most people that it's a bit annoying for random people asking them to like join thier rooms.
It would be great to have this setting.

Change your name's room to "Mod Neokiller's, Mod Bubu's, Grim's, Admin Allie's, etc... room", in special when they are on-line...
