Title: My bot stract

Ok yesterday I had about 45000 bot stract on my Account,SurgeX798. When I woke up I logged on to BoutCheetah and checked my bot stract and it showed 0. If you could refund my bot stract,that would be very helpful.

Hello, sorry that I did not update you sooner on this issue.  I have just checked the logs, and it seems that a bot named "DragoonFlame" has hacked your account.  If I was you, I would recommend that you change your password and your security questions, and also change your e-mails password, as he has access somehow to your account.  You must have given him your password or logged into a keylogger that he made.

Anyways, I have gone ahead and IP Banned DragoonFlame, and deleted his characters out of our database.
