Have you tried restarting your computer. I say this because I had this problem before and I had to delete a process using the task manager.

Hola, este problema es generalmente causada debido a que tener un antivirus instalado que detecte que el cliente BoutCheetah como un virus. Con el fin de solucionar este problema, o bien habría que añadir boutcheetah a las excepciones, o deshabilitarlo.
