download the latest installer and re-install it

Hello, the updater must have failed to update this file. Please try downloading it manually from :

http://updates.zylongaming.com/bout/updater/data/ui/ui_firstsplash.tga (http://updates.zylongaming.com/bout/updater/data/ui/ui_firstsplash.tga)

then place that file into "YOUR CLIENT FOLDER"/data/ui
