Title: Being Able To Change The Max Level In Sector

Can you make it so you can change the Max Level thing?

And is it max level like level 142 or max level for players that can come in? Either way can you make it possible to change it.

already tried, we failed, if it had ever been implemented previously they could do it though.

min. would be best, but max could be nice too :)
