i saw some people with different colour armour, how i get?
It's called elite, and you get it in elite levels.

whats and elite level?, i also checked the drop list and theres no elite items?

I'll give you an example.
The map lvl 17 is the elite map lvl 11.
And there are elite parts.
Check the droplist for level 17 on page 3 and you will find elite items.
