It's not rare imo, you can combine 3 +5 sets to a +6 set.
There is also +7 wich you can only get by combining 3 +6 sets.
lol +6 is now dark and +7 is now glowing xd
Due to a bug that happened at one point before the +6/7 update (and that 91+6 was dropped during that bug [and before it even]), that specific part is not very rare at all (both because it was dropped, not necessary to be combo'd, and because it's an arm, which was bugged).

In simple words This isn't rare, the specific arm cause it dropped like hell in level 100
I had like 4 of em sold em all to the shop 8)
