i think base should have bs after u kill the persons base a certain amount of bs should pop out cause i mean in pvp u gain something why not in base?

Yeah we should get more bs per kill too
ex:1 death = 40 bs
2 death = 80
etc..

YES as in bs just like pvp and plus barely anyone plays bvb anymore
