Well even if everyone vote trade able it wouldnt matter, because trade able isnt a word. :)

I should have voted no.. I voted I don't care, but it should only be the once who participate in the event whom should have one.

I really don't see why people would pick no. I they didn't want to sell it, they don't have to.  If someone need quick cash, they would sell it off.

If someone has dark meto, it means they were there during the event which it was released; they earned it and they have the right to use it.
They spent a week getting it, why should it be tradeable; it's an event item.
