It says there a ppl online

I can't log-on/infinite dots.

Can you check your firewall settings, and make sure the game is on the exception list, and try again.

Lemme know if that did not fix anything.

The game is on exceptions list.

Can you install Team Viewer (www.teamviewer.com (http://www.teamviewer.com)), and PM me the ID/Pass it gives you upon launching the application?
