Hmm yea...how do they work?
Coz i once got bored and i wanted to see how many wins/looses i gained so far..1st page..2nd page...3rd page...4th page..I was already thinking how dudes with 3 wins and 2 looses are way above me in rankings...It turned out that i was on page 133out of 137 >_> and that was kinda rank 13383 ... though i played over 800 pvp games. I dont have a problem that i was at the bottom of the rankings but the thing that was annoying me the most was the fac that players with 0wins/lots of looses were at around page 20-30. Hmm...so what do you say Kenny?
I have never fully learned to understand the way the rankings work. I couldn't care less about the pvp ranks actually :)

Yea .. i really dont understand it too..
I doubt Allie nor Santa can explain it either.
position in rankings follows the difference between wins and losses
the bigger the difference is the higher you are in rankings
example: player a with 5 wins and 1 loss
player b with 600 wins and 598 losses
player a: 5-1=4
player b: 600-598=2
player a is higher ranked than player b

That's still yet not true. There must be people who have fought 1 match & won. They aren't #1?
.-. Ross will show an example with the top 5 players.
wins loses
1 Gabriel 2637 1189
2 supreme 2731 1351
3 ShinnZen 1371 47
4 Secret 3458 2380
5 Nub 1107 116
Sooo...
1. 2637 - 1189 = 1448 points (Lets just call them points)
2. 2731 - 1351 = 1380 points
3. 1371 - 47 = 1323 points
4. 3458 - 2380 = 1078 points
5. 1107 - 116 = 991 points
Basicly your wins - loses = points(Can go into negitives ex: 5 wins - 10 loses = -5)
The higher your points the higher your rank according to the other players points.
That is why some people are higher in rank with low amount of games versus those who are ranked lower with more games played.
ex:
1 win 0 loses = 1 point.
Versus
50000 wins - 100000 loses = -50000 points.
1 Point > -50000 points thus he has a higher rank.
