Is someone inserting "Memory Edits" into posts? Cause I just reread a post I made in announcment and it said "Memory Edit" in it even though I didn't type that, was something I said filtered? O-o

I just re-read a post I made yesterday and instead of "Ha.ck" it said "hack"...
Hack is filtered to "memory edit" because I keep disconnecting when looking through rule breaker section.
I'm sure others have the same problem.
