I'm not a member,so how do I check what color an (E) part is without equiping it?
The color of an icon (respectively unless it's a 107 elite part, in which case you can't).
Buy member or gift it too me and I will check.
It's up too you if you trust me.
I couldn't care less about keeping it and I won't scam for sure :).
How much can an (E) part sell for in BS, Coins, and Gigas??? when selling to other players???

Well it does, half of it actually. "tips" are meant to help others who inquire others for help. But the subject of that question makes it unsuitable as it deals with monetary terms.
No response from the creator of the thread, and I think he got the information needed, shouldn't this be closed ?
