Yea.... So I usually get on when I have a chance and when I get off and check the home page I notice that the recent activity box is usually full by me so I was wondering if this is bad because most of my posts are on topic or are trying to be helpful.

It also shouldn't just be a reworded version of what someone else said, unless you're trying to summarize it

Ofc it's ok, if you have heaps of opinions and ideas to spread. Just not things completely irrelavent to the subject at hand.
