What things do you have running, if you have internet explorer running, try closing that, if not, then try closing some other things until it doesn't show the error.

Nothing was running that doesn't normally run, av, java etc. Weird but it fixed it itself last night  ???

Hmm, maybe something was running in the background or something that caused it.
