no are you ****ing stupid

starmie with third gen standard vs standard blastoise?

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 240 SpA / 28 Spe
Nature: Timid
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Rapid Spin
-Recover

vs.

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 68 SpA / 40 Spe
Nature: Bold
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
-Roar / Haze

Even if Starmie didn't have tbolt (ib > tbolt for grasses), it could still recover stall Blastoise even if Blastoise had Hidden Power Electric.  Toxic doesn't work because Starmie has Natural Cure and can just switch.

Starmie is OU, while Blastoise is UU.

blastoise ****ing sucks are you serious?

swampert has a better type (electric immunity grass weak is pretty irrelevant + stab eq + sand storm resistance + rock resistance) + better distributed stats + better movepool (curse, rockslide)
milotic has a better ability + better distributed stats + a better movepool (recover)
suicune has a better ability + better distributed stats + a better movepool (calm mind)

To show you have relevant Swampert is to Gen 3 OU, a lot of electrics switch from Hidden Power Ice (which gives much better coverage) to Hidden Power Grass solely for Swampert.  Swampert also counters Tyranitar (which is the best OU poke in Gen 3), Salamence, Metagross, and a whole slew of other things.
