What shall they do?
Upload their image on www.tinypic.com (http://www.tinypic.com) then copy what it says under "IMG code for Forums & Message Boards" and paste it into their signature.
On the tabs on the top of the website when you move your mouse to community its will show "forum,help,search,profile,my messages,members"click on profile then on the left side there is MODIFY PROFILE, under that click forum profile information, click on that then scroll down and there is Signature in there you must insert your image link to do so goto www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com) register and upload your images after you upload your images copy the IMG code and paste it in your signature box and press change profile
